Job Details:
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments,
board meetings, conferences etc.
Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to
ensure the most cost-effective orders
Handling purchase department, fixing rates taking quotations from
various vendor
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is
organized and easily accessible
Checking emails of MD ,executing accordingly
Drafting letters & notices as per requirement
Preparing relevant letters &documents related to HR
Resolving grievances &problems of the employees, discussing with
MD
Salary Per Year: 2L-3.60L/PA
